Compilation of Federal Stimulus Links and Other Recovery Act Information
OSP oversees the administration of sponsored programs at Cornell University including sponsored research, instruction and extension. OSP operates through delegation of authority from the University Board of Trustees as a unit of the Office Vice Provost for Research.
We believe that our faculty are the people who deliver on all aspects of Cornell’s mission, and our mission is to help them get that job done.
OSP offers a wide range of services including:
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting grant proposals
- Award negotiation and acceptance
- Managing awards
- Negotiating agreements (e.g., non-disclosure agreements, material transfer agreements, etc.)
- Award close-out (non-financial)
- Sponsored project data collection
- Education, professional development, and outreach
